The MAX5866ETM+T Analog Front End IC from Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated provides industrial-strength performance for professional data acquisition applications. This ruggedized IC features 15V fault-protected inputs, 22-bit effective resolution, and <0.5 C accuracy for direct thermocouple measurements.
